This past week I have been rinsing Craig David’s Rendezvous as though I have only just discovered it. The song randomly played out when I had my iTunes on shuffle the other day and since then I haven’t been able to get enough. I remember playing his debut album to death when I first got it twelve years ago and after listening back recently I realise I had enough reason to want to. It may well be that he only had one decent album in him but something in me wishes he would hook back up with Mark Hill, stop blaming this character for ruining his career and just give us another banger.
